Channel balances

Metal portion is 21 inches long and 1/2 wide.
This is a pass thru window from the kitchen to the patio that blew out during hurricane Milton. The sash blew into the kitchen, was not damaged and the channel balances came with it. The home was built in 1989 and I don't know the window manufacturer. I need two of these please with the proper end clips. Stamp on it is 2040a. Thank you!

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but I'd recommend checking the depth of your bottom fitting to determine if it matches the 7/8" measurement below. If so, we can supply these balances but it will need to be a custom order. Thank you!

Yes, the 7/8 measurement is what mine measures. Can you please order these or tell me what I need to get these ordered?
