Hi,
I need replacement channel balances for a single hung window and would be appreciative if you could tell me what to buy and the cost. The metal portion of the channel balance is 26.5 inches long and 0.5 inches wide.

Hi there!
What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. However, the metal channel should be 26-5/8" long. Can you double-check and confirm that for us? How many balances are you looking to order?
