Channel balances

Question

My current window doesn't have any channel balances currently in it. I bought the S385-25 option 2430 and they are about 2 to 3 inches to big. Here are the measurements for the window. Which balances do you think I will need?

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. It's very difficult to determine what you need without a reference. Before we go any further, can you give me the height of the visible glass? Not the overall height of the sash, just the glass.
