Channel balances for Crown windows

Question

I need to replace 4 channel balances for two standard pull up windows, Crown Window is the brand. Please help me order the correct replacement parts. They are 1/2 " x 25". The attached pictures have the markings on them as well.

23 4 GS CALDWELL
23 5 KQ CALDWELL
23 4 GS. CALDWELL
23 5 JR. CALDWELL

Thanks for contacting us. Looks like these balances are all the same aside from the strength of their springs, indicated by the stamp. See our S390-24 to start out. This comes with the 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom. As long as those match up to the nylon ends on your balance I think it'd be a good replacement option.
