Channel balances replacement

A home owner from Los Angeles, California says:

Hello, I tried to identify my channel balances for non tilt window but nothing written on my old channel balances, the length I measure only the metal part is around 34". Hello, thanks for posting! It looks like you could have either our Series 380 or Series 385. The difference between the Series 380 and the Series 385 lies in the depth of the shoe. Take a look at the picture below for more detail. Once you have determined this dimension you should be able to select the appropriate balance. There should be a stamp or imprint on your balance that denotes the spring strength option. However, if there are no markings you can weigh your window and consult the chart found on the product page.
