Hi, I'm looking to replace my channel balances. Not sure if the letters make a difference. I have a 26 4 KO and 26 4 JO that was in the same window. Not sure if this makes a difference. The sash weighs 23.6 lb

Thanks for your post! I've almost gotten your balances narrowed down, there is just one more thing I'll need to see the confirm the correct replacement. May I see a photo of the spring and pulley inside the balance?

Thanks for the additional photos. Your window balances can be replaced with the S378-27, the S380-27, or the S385-27. To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to confirm your shoe depth; see the diagram below for reference.

You can select the 2640 stamp option.
