We'd be happy to look into this for you but I can't quite make out the stamp code shown in your second photo. If you could send another image or write out the stamp, we can go from there. Please also confirm the number of balances that you need. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. The 39DS40 stamp on your balance channel indicates that your sash should weigh 40 pounds. If so, we can supply replacements stamped with 3965, which will support a sash between 39-42 pounds. Take a look at the order link and price quote we just sent over. Just let us know if you need anything else in the meantime.
