Hello
We have some old channel caps on our windows that are becoming brittle and breaking. The body is 5/8 inches wide, the cap is 7/8 inches wide from side to side, and 11/16 inches front to back. The whole piece is 1 and 5/16 inches long. The screw-hole is the topmost one and it's center is 1/4 inch from the top. They have no markings on this piece at all. The block and tackle are marked only with "2730F".

Thanks for posting, and thanks for the thorough pictures and dimensions of your Top Sash Guide. See our 18-009. This looks awfully close to your current guide, but double-check the dimensions listed on the product page to see if you think is what you're looking for. Let me know what you find.
