Channel from Viking Window marked 2630

A handy person from 89460 says:

I have several Viking double hung windows that have the pulley/weights broken. The one that fell out is marked 2630. It is 27 inches long, 1/2 wide if measured at the bottom (closed end) of the channel, 5/8 wide if measured at the top (open end) of the channel. I would like to get 2 replacement parts of these and if they work I can order the parts for the other 4 windows.

This looks like an S395-27 to me. You'll want to select a stamp option of 2630.

Does the S395-27 include the pulleys and sash cord? Do I need anything else to complete this repair?
