I call them end caps..could you please help with the proper size
I ordered 4 the wrong size from you. Need one the left..ordered right side one. hole is too low and a tiny bit longer

I'm afraid that we were unable to match your top sash guide with anything better. All we can suggest is that you move the top sash guide up a little in the sash so you can install the screw. Would that work for you?
