Channel guide/spring for pull up window

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can supply these balances, but only as a custom order. In your first photo I spy a square, plastic washer between the spring and pulley. That may seem like a small detail, but it's indicative of a unique block and tackle configuration. None of our stock balances can replace this without breaking after a time.
