Channel is marked 3430 BST or BSI, The dimensions of the metal part are 35"L x 5/8"x5/8"

PIcture 3567 is the installed picture, 3559 and 3561 are pictures of the bottom, and 3564 and 3566 are pictures of the top. The channel is installed in a non-tilting single hung window, the manufacture of which I am not able to determine.

I am looking for two (2) of the replacement channel balances and two (2) of the 18-161 Norandex 5/8" sash guides.

Hey Paul. I think you might have a S378-35 Channel Balance, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your iold balance's shoe depth to be safe. For a stamp option choose 3430.
