Channel length

Have identified almost for sure. Is 385 series 3250 for sash weight 30 lbs... question is that the metal measures 32 3/4 inches...

So? I get the 33 inch channel correct?

The 33" channel is not correct, no. If your metal channel is 32-3/4" then your balance is very likely not the Series 385. It sounds like you have an extended-travel balance, which comes in 5/8" length increments and has a different configuration of nylon fittings.

Would it be possible to see photos of your balance so that we can verify? I will need to see the top fitting, bottom fitting, stamp, and the metal clip at the end of the cord. I will also need to know how many you need.

Thanks for your help on this. I thought it was the 385 but it definitely, all of them throughout the house seem to come in at 5/8 or so above an integer number of inches.

So appreciate your help. Please advise. I need four of these current ones and the rest of the house seems OK but let me know what series of case I want to order more of the others just because they're 18 years old. See photos attached. thank you sir.

Thanks for your help. I tried replying with Photos but sent too many so I am trying again. The bottom shoe is 1 3/32 inch wide. Here are the photos.

Thanks for these photos! This is an extended-travel balance, yes. The detail that gives it away is the fact that the pulley wheel is built right into the shoe. That may seem like a small difference but it makes a huge impact on how these function.
