Channel lift, differences in shoes?

A quick learner from California says:
Trying to find part number for a 34" hemmed channel lift with double spring. Numbers on channel are 33DS then BSI then 45. Also has small LA stamped by BSI. It appears that it might be your S380-34-3350 or S385-34-3350. The top end piece is black, winged with a square top, but in the past I have ordered an angled top similar to your 19-005 and it worked. Also, what is the difference between the 15-004 and 15-005 bottom shoe? Thanks, Phil

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for posting! The main difference between these two shoes can be found in their depths. Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note this dimension. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?
A quick learner from CAlifornia says:
Thanks, but you didn't answer my first question about the hemmed channel lift with the double spring. Which of your lifts would replace this?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
In order to know what channel balance you need, I first need to know what attachments it has on either end. This will determine its Series. The stamps you've posted are simply indicative of the weight of your balances. They are not serial numbers.

As you can see, the biggest difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 is in the bottom shoes--the 15-004 and 15-004, respectively. Please compare their dimensions to your own bottom shoe and let me know which one you have.
