I have the following information about the part that came out.
Made by American Craftsman
Product Line 2300
Non tempered
25" I think
The cord and spring came out.
Purchased from Lowes
Any help you could give in getting a replacement part would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Your balance resembles the S795-25 except yours uses the 15-195B open cam T-lock shoe, which are sold separately. See the video below showing how to swap the stock closed-cam shoes with the 15-195B. You'll also need to locate the stamp code on your balance channels to choose the corresponding strength options. Thank you!
