Channel non tilt

This is for a window that was put in my home back in 1998. It has a part number on the channel labeled 2330. It is spring assisted pulley. What channel part do I need? The entire pulley rope has dry rotted and broke.

We're getting there. I need to see the fitting on the other end of the metal channel as well. From there I should be able to narrow this down for you.

Thanks for posting. Assuming the metal channel is 24" long, then you need the S380-24 or S385-24. The difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2330.
