the top pullies cracked on my milestone 2000 series single hung windows. ( Florida extruders intl in sanford fl were original mfgers of window..now out of business

Thank you for posting, and for the great pictures. Can you confirm that the length of the metal channel is 18"? Looking at your stamp, it should be 27".
Either way, take a look and compare it to our Series 770 block and tackle channel balance for tilt-in window sash.
