Channel sash balance with plug

A home owner from Los Angeles says:
I pulled the channel balance device out of my peach tree double hung non tilt windows. The channel has a number 3648 on it. The metal channel measures 20.25 inches by 1/2 inch. It has a plug on one end that inserts into the window frame with one screw securing it. I was going to tackle one window and if I'm successful I have a number of these windows same dimensions in my house. Do you have the complete assembly to replace this. I'll see if I can attach a photo.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

See our S745-20 Peachtree Balance. To know what stamp option to select, get the exact weight of your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside either stamp option on the balance product page.
