Channel sash top identification

Question

I am trying to identify the channel sash top stop. The aluminum is stamped 2720, the shoe I think is 15-002, the top I am having trouble with. It has a V shape that none of the options have. Can you offer a substitute and can you send a sample?

I believe our 19-002 could work as the top attachment in this case. That "V" shape shouldn't make much of a different. With that in mind, I recommend our Series 351 channel balance. Keep in mind that this Series comes with both nylon attachments already attached.
