Hi there!
We're happy to look into this, but we'll need more information for identification. Can you remove the balance from the window and show us close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings, as well as the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord? We'll also need you to confirm the stamp on the metal channel, as well as the number of balances you'd like to order.
