Channel spring

Question

I am trying to replace a channel spring for my double hung window. It is stamped 27 BSI
Do you carry this model or have a comparable model. Any help or assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement balances you need. However, these will need to be a custom balance assembly. Before I can move forward with providing you with an order link, there are a few details I'll need to confirm.

To start, please confirm the length and width of the metal channel. I'll also need to know the exact weight of the sash these balances support. Unfortunately, I won't be able to cross-reference your stamp with those on our balances.

Finally, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
