23 4 HO CALDWELL Channel stamp

I'm trying to figure out which Stamp Option I should choose for the Series 380-24, but the stamp on my channel balance doesn't seem to match any of the options. It says: "23 4 HO CALDWELL". I'm not sure how much my sash weighs, but it feels like at least 20 lbs.

Sure! If your old stamp is 23 4, we recommend the 2340 option. You can always weigh your sash to be 100% sure.
