Channel window balance

A handy person from Ohio says:
I am unable to determine what brand or or replacement channel to purchase.
The windows are single hung metal lighted windows. From a building built in 1968. The stamp on this particular balance appears to be 711. It is 17" long by 1/2" wide by 5/8" depth. Please help.
Thank you

Hi, it appears you have a pretty old Capitol window. You'll need the S372-17 balance with the "1610" stamp option for a window that weighs 5-8 lbs. Just be sure to look it over and weigh your sash to confirm the weight range. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
