Window balance 29 4 CX CMC 7

Question

I know that this is a 30 inch channel balancer but I'm having a hard time matching up the proper ends could you please help me identify it so that I can order the proper item thank you

This could be either our Series 380 or Series 385 balance, I'm just not sure which. The only difference between the two is the size of the bottom shoe. Look them over and see what you think.
