Channelbalances

Question

Hello there,
seem like my clips that attach to the window frame are broken and my 1/2 balances are hard to bring down. The type of window is non-tilt with 1/2 inch channel width I don't know the series or the length.
please refer me to the right parts b

Thanks for posting. It looks like the Top Sash Guides broke. The sash guides are nylon blocks in the top corners of the sash. When they break, the balances shoot past the sash and embed in the top corners of the jamb track. If you can remove a Top Sash Guide from an undamaged window and send us photos of it, we should be able to narrow down what you need.
