Thanks for posting. I am sure we can help, but we need more information. Can you show us the nylon attachment at the other end of the metal channel? We need to see both fittings for proper identification. We should be able to help from there.

Hope that helps

Thanks for getting back to me. This is most likely either an S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance. However, I would like to confirm one last detail. Can you show me more pictures of the 'guts' or underside of the metal channel, especially where the metal spring and the cord/pulley system meet? I just noticed you're from the northwest; sometimes balances from your area have an unusual configuration that we need to account for. Once I determine whether or not that's the case, we should be good to go. Many thanks.

The 380-27 was the p/n I think will match from my research and trying to match pictures with what I have. Window install in a 1988 manufactured home.

Thanks for all your help so far

Perfect, thanks! That's a huge help. With these new photos in mind, I'm very confident that you have either our S380-27 or S385-27. You just need to check the depth of the bottom fitting to verify.

My dimensions match the S380 (1.0 in).
So, I need to order S380-27 plus weight variation code ??

Great! Yes, that would be my top recommendation if your shoe is 1" deep.

Thanks for considering us and please let me know if we can offer any further assistance.
