Channnel Balance

Question

I need to replace this part.  It is 1/2 inch wide, 1 inch at plastic part. The metal is 33 inches in lenth with plastic parts is 34 inches.  Do you have this part? and also can you tell me the brand of window it comes out of.  I recently bought this house and don't know the brand of the windows.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of your balance assembly removed from the window. Make sure to include both end fittings, the clip at the end of the pulley cord, as well as the code stamped on the metal channel. Thank you!
