I have a double hung tilt out window that does not stay up. I believe the spiral window balance needs to be tightened. I was hoping to send a pic I took of the pivot shoe. It has an opening and there is a screw next to were the balance goes thru. I was wondering if your tool would work to remove and tighten this type of
spiral balance

Sure, check out our 75-006. This is the tool used to charge tilt window spiral balances. The screw in the pivot shoe is just to prevent the spiral from popping out. Once you remove the screw, you are free to use the charging tool.

Great! Glad to hear it. Admiral Wilson Boulevard is cloudy and crowded, as always!
