Charmac Closet Door Rollers

Question

I have a few charmac sliding glass doors that never stay on the tracks and grinds a lot. I would like to get a replacement rail and wheels for it. Photos attached below of the wheels currently on them.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 23-270, 23-271, and 23-272 bottom tracks look like they'd be a good match for what you show here. These parts are designed for concave wheels which appears to be what you have.

We'd be happy to help identify the roller but we would need to see it removed from the door to narrow down your options.
