Hi,
Part measured 4"x3.5" and the main body is 1 5/16". It attaches with one screw on the outer flange and the bottom clamps under the frame in a "U" style. Looks like a US patent number of 485014 is stamped on it. If you have them, I would prefer to purchase 4 of them.

I don't think it will work as the wheel is too close to where the bottom clips onto the frame.

The inside portion of our 23-064 is adjustable. It can be lowered by using the adjustment screw at the top of the housing, same as yours.
