Did I order the right hardware?

I bought your part #84-096 to fit the door corner of my slide screen door.
See the picture for the details.

I have one like your #84-108 but does not slot in.

My door corner has a closed half circle at both sides of the middle solid piece. So # 84-096 that I cannot find at local store.

Would you please check it for me again. Thanks.

I'm afraid your pictures did not come through. Does your corner key look like our 95-248? If so, you should use the 84-108. If your door uses 95-227 corner, though, then you should use the 84-096.

The picture show you the original wheel. There is a gap for plumb of the door corner.

Could you please video or description how to install it. I did many time with different but failed. I now order a new one and still need your instruction. Thanks.

Looking at your photo, I agree that the 84-096 roller and 95-227 corner are a match. The new roller should just slip on to the tab on the end of the corner, though. Try backing off the adjustment before installing the new roller. That could be the reason you are having trouble with your door. Also take a look on at the video below. It's not the same hardware, but it is a similar principal.
