Thanks for posting! Your balance appears to be either the Series 380 Channel Balance with a 1" shoe or the Series 385 Channel Balance with a 1-3/32" shoe. 

To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. You'll also need to confirm the length of the metal channel, not including the top and bottom attachments, and the stamp from the metal channel. The stamp is used to determine the amount of weight the balance should able to support.
