Child safety latch plygem double hung window . Need replacement

Brand new home and not sure why one missing . Can you please assist . There was a sticker on this other one but I don't think it has anything to do with it

Thanks for posting. See our 26-122 Vent Latch. Go over the dimensions, compare with your old hardware and see if you think this could work as a replacement for you. I am afraid these are only available in black and while supplies last. I apologize for any inconvenience.
