Choose right balance for replacement

Question

My window balance is broken and I would like to replace it. But, i can't find stamp number. Instead, I found the code of "25 4 IQ".on the metal frame. I am not sure if the model of S385-26 is correct. The top and shoe come with wing. I thought it may be 15-004 and 19-005. I attach the files, and please help confirm for me to order the parts. Thanks

The S385-26 certainly looks close, but I can't confirm. The only way to be sure is to carefully compare the measurements we show for the 19-005 and 15-004 that come with it to your own nylon attachments.
