Choosing spiral balance tip COLOR

Question

I want to order 30" sprial balancers (non-tilt) but dont see the color white how do I go about ordering this, I need (14).

Hello,
First determine the balance series.
Looking at the image you posted I would suggest starting by checking out the SWISCO balance Series 500. After you determine the balance series we can provide you with the weight ranges for the color options.
For example, if you have a 30" Series 500
Red tip will carry a window sash weight range 7 through 29 pounds
Blue tip will carry 12 through 31 pounds
Black tip will carry 31 through 40 pounds

White often represents a light duty balance, if you have white tip and the sash is light, choose the Red tip option.

This information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.
