Choosing the right replacement part

A quick learner says:
I need to replace all of my hardware. When I go to order there are numbers such as 2019 to choose from. I cannot find that anywhere on my hardware. All are 30" long. Measuring the metal only.

Thanks in advance for help in this matter

Thanks for visiting our website. Your balance looks similar to our S377-30. This comes complete with a 19-018 balance top and 15-005 bottom balance shoe. Have a look and see if this will work in place of your balance. Your balance should have some sort of stamping or marking on the metal portion of the balance. We will need to see a photo of that stamp in order to determine which option to recommend. If there are no markings, we will need to for you to give us the exact weight of the sash.

A quick learner says:
The part says 29B U.S.B.

I am also adding some photos to help hopefully! I do have more photos If needed of the ends of the rod.

I'm afraid these photos don't really give us any new information. I agree with Manuela, our S377-30 looks like our best match. As long as your nylon fittings match our 19-018 and 15-005 then you should be good to go.

A stamp of 29B corresponds to our 2920 stamp option.
