Looking for replacement parts on this Pella casement window. Having difficulty finding serial numbers. I will relay further information including measurements of parts soon. Wanted to submit this and see if we could get the ball rolling.

Thanks for reaching out! Your Pella casement operator looks like it could be the 39-176, the opposite handed version is part 39-175. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully review the measurements and compare them to your existing operator to confirm. The compatible handle is part 39-109B.
