Climate Guard Window Locks

Question

I purchased the wrong window locks for my Climate Guard windows and need some guidance. They are 2 1/4 spacing and the mating lock bar is "deep" and not surface mounted.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the hardware you purchased. We may be able to help you with your original lock, but not the keeper. We unfortunately don't sell anything with those deep pegs that stick into the window frame.

For the lock, I would like to see a top-down view of your original lock. I would also like you to confirm the hole center offset. For the 90-180, this measurement is 3/8".
