Clip

I was watching a video that had a similar clip being added to the screen. Several of mine have broken over the years. I'd like to replace these. First, how do I remove the old broken one without ruining the frame? Can I buy replacements similar to the picture above or something that is better quality without having to replace the frame?

Any help is appreciated.
