Clip at to of window to be able to tilt window forward

The part you're looking for here is called a tilt latch. We may have a good match for this, but before I recommend anything I'd like to see a photo of an undamaged version. Would that be possible? I have a feeling there are a couple details missing from this that will prove to be important.
