Clip for Anderson window

Not sure what it is called the clip on the bottom of the window looking for a replacement for a broken one. Anderson Encasement windows (25 years old)

Hello! What you have here is an old Andersen brand hinge. It's not made anymore, but you should be able to use our 36-048 as a substitute. Just note that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time; you can't mix old and new hinges.
