Clip for Pella double hung window

Question

I have a Pella ThermaStar double hung window. I have a clear plastic clip that gets screwed into the frame that the coil end gets hook into. My clip is broken and won't hold. My problem I found a clear clip on your web site part number (Product Code: 16-032) but it isn't the same shape and it has 2 holes. Wondering if you have any insight as to which clip (shoe) is the correct part. Please advise.

To further review, are you able to show us the original coil balance assembly that your clip engages with? From there we will have a better idea if we can offer a suitable replacement option. Thank you!
