Clip for a Jeld-Wen Casement Window

I'm looking for a clip for a Jeld-Wen ES2000 Casement window.  The window is about 20 years old (it was installed in 2006).  I believe that the window number is JEL-N 465.  Five (5) pictures of the clip are attached.  Note that I also need a latch for the same window, but I can't attach any more pictures.  As a result, I'll send in a seperate request.  Please provide a part number and I'll order both items at the same time.  Thanks.
