Can you help me with a butterfly clip holder that keeps the clips from coming out as shown in the pic. If that makes any sense?

Thanks for posting! The clip hold you are searching for is referred to as a screen knife latch. The tab on yours resembles either the 70-226 Andersen Screen Latch Pair or the 90-227 Large Butterfly Latch Pair. To determine if either of these will be a fit for your screen, you'll need to remove them and carefully compare the dimensions and design.
There is a video tutorial tagged below with instructions on how to remove and install these latches.
