Bought a 82-080 - Mortise Style Handle Set, 4-15/16" based on how it looked, but was off by a little. Photos show 4 inches between the bolts that attach the handle to the door. Also attached a photo that shows my door model. Hoping the two things will help me to find the right part.

Your handle set looks like a closer match to the 82-030. Note that the hole spacing measures 3-15/16" on-center as shown below. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
