Closet Door Hinge

Question

I'm looking for this hinge. It,s on a mirrored closet bifold closet door. There is no name or numbers that i can find. They were installed in a large condo complex back in 03, 04 in Indian Harbour Beach FL.The pictures attached is the broken lower hinge.

It probably is the same manufacturer that makes the sliding mirrored closet doorsthat are installed.I've been ordering tracks for these doors from you Example of one of those tracks are item # 23-270, 23-271, 23-272. I need to purchase this hinge.
