Sales,
I have an older closet mirrored by-pass doors. A set of rollers has gone bad and I am unable to find replacement rollers. I am not looking to replace the whole wheel assembly. I am reaching out to manufacturers since I have not found this particular size in retail stores. I’ve attached pictures with dimensions. The problem is not the wheel size but the width needed to fit into the bottom channel. Most are ¾” and ours is 1”. Any help in finding one would be appreciated.
Alternatively, if you have ideas to fix our assembly that would be appreciated too. The picture provided is the outer door which works. It’s the inner door and a lot of problem to remove it. I’m not sure if a wheel replacement would work as a last resort.
Thank you for your time.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please allow us to investigate this inquiry further. I can't promise we'll be able to supply a suitable replacement option, but we'll reach back out as soon as we have more information.

Your old roller with a 1-1/2" metal wheel is no longer available, and the manufacturer doesn't offer a substitute. We suggest going with our 81-272, 1-1/2" metal roller and axle kit. You will need to drill out the old rivet holding your wheel and install the new wheel with one of our axles. Take a look and see what you think.
