Thanks for writing in! It looks like you've purchased the 23-270 47" Bottom Concave Roller Track. There are quite a few different rollers compatible with it. That said, to identify the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of your existing roller.

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you may have the 23-041 roller. Note that this uses a convex wheel, which would not be compatible with the concave roller track that you purchased. If the roller specifications below match yours, you'd also need the 48" long 23-240 track. Our return policy can be found here to return the track that you already purchased if needed.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of this roller with a concave wheel to fit the track that you purchased, which is why we carry both types for concave and convex rollers. We apologize for the inconvenience.
