Closet Door glide

My closet door is 1/3/4" wide I need a replacement closet door glide. All the ones I can find are adjustable up to 1 3/8" Where can I find one to fit my door. Door used to have a screw type notch that was screwed into floor. I added hardwood floors and had to trim closet doors. Now need some type of closet door glide to attach to the floor.
