Closet Roller Does not Square with Door

A quick learner from Vero Beach FL says:

REF: COX Mirror Closet Door 1-1/2" Concave Plastic Roller for COX# 21-717, COX 21-767

REF: ORDER NUMBER: 1775642 REPLACEMENT, SWISSCO, Concave Roller, Part# 23-070

PROBLEM#1: The replacement Roller does not square up to the door, the outboard bottom right angle (opposite the screw attachment side) does not go underneath the door.

PROBLEM#2: The original tracks are rusty & need to be replaced... total length = 118", and we have two sets of these closet doors, so we need 118" x 2 total. Should we use 47" + 71" = 118"?

Hey there, hopefully I can help. The 23-070 is definitely the right part for the job based on the given COX numbers. However I think it may have been installed incorrectly. The roller looks like it's way higher than it ought to be. I recommend trying to install it lower in the frame to see if that helps.

As for the tracks, we aren't able to ship anything as long as 118", unfortunately. However you can butt two smaller tracks like our 23-271 together and they will work just as well. You can trim off any excess with a hacksaw like our 75-023A.
